In many cases, Von Langen, LLC is compensated solely on the basis of a contingent fee. If we have contacted you asking that you enter into a fee agreement for a percentage of an asset, please give our offer every possible consideration bearing in mind that we are paid on a percentage basis only — we will not earn a fee unless you receive monies. This is your assurance that this matter is legitimate and there is certainly no risk to you.

Your assurance that our rates are reasonable: should you receive a lower written offer for comparable services, we’ll handle the assignment for 10% less. And in the case of a contingent fee, we are not paid until inheritance monies are distributed to you.
